Seed to shelf,
nothing hidden.
Most brands ask you to trust the label. We built the proof into every step instead — from the licensed farm that grows it to the verifier code that proves it's real in your hand. Here's exactly how a Sauce product gets made.
Six steps. Zero shortcuts.
Cultivated
It starts in the soil. We source from licensed California cultivators in Humboldt, Mendocino, and the Emerald Triangle — verified soil, water, and feeding practices, strain genetics tracked back generations. No fillers, no mystery inputs.
Harvested & cured
Flower is hang-dried and cold-cured to protect the volatile terpenes that give each strain its character — the compounds heat and rushed processing destroy. Patience is the whole point.
Extracted
We extract cold to preserve a full terpene spectrum. Live resin for flavor, distillate for potency — each method matched to the product line, never blended to cut corners.
Lab tested — twice
Every batch goes to an independent, state-licensed lab. Potency, pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, residual solvents. We test to thresholds tighter than the state minimum, and a batch that fails never reaches a shelf. No remediation, no second chances.
Sealed & coded
Each package is sealed with a tamper-evident silver scratch panel hiding a one-time verifier code, hashed and stored server-side. Scratch it, enter it, and you know in five seconds whether your product is authentic — and whether anyone has checked it before.
Tracked & delivered
Every unit is tracked through METRC and BioTrack from cultivator to dispensary. Full chain-of-custody, all the way to the licensed shop that hands it to you. We never ship through unlicensed channels — ever.
The grey market doesn't
do any of this.
Tested for what hurts you
Pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and Vitamin E acetate — the exact contaminants behind the 2019 EVALI outbreak — are screened out before ship. Unregulated products skip this entirely.
A COA you can actually read
Every batch number maps to an independent Certificate of Analysis, and our public COA library is launching soon — so you can match the code on your package to the lab report. Full transparency, not a marketing claim.
Liability that's real
A licensed operator that ships a bad batch loses its license — the most valuable thing it owns. That accountability is the entire point of the regulated chain, and it doesn't exist off it.
